adam luggOur chefs are industry professionals, who not only set the standards in the kitchen but at Flame Hill in general.  Our Chefs also control the planning of the kitchen and market gardens conducting fresh seasonal produce into our kitchen – an essential link to the quality control process of all one puts on a plate or in a glass at Flame Hill.
